Grilled Meat Platter Recipe

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced

  2. Add the sliced chicken, pork, and beef to the marinade, making sure each piece is coated well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the meats from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F for chicken and 145°F for beef and pork.
  4. Remove the meats from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving on a platter with your favorite sides and sauces.
